Return Policy

Before initiating a return, please review these guidelines carefully. If you have any concerns, click the Support button to raise a query.

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original OEM packaging without any damage, scratches, or dents.
  • The product packaging must be in its original condition with no damage, scratches, or stains.
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received (without any signs of usage or installation).
  • Return requests must be initiated within 5 days after the products are delivered.
  • If the received product(s) are damaged, the return request must be initiated within 1 day of product delivery (the 5-day return window does not apply in this case).

Exemptions from the policy:

  • Items marked as Non-Returnable on the product page are exempted from this policy.
  • Vendors/Merchants may have their own specific requirements or refund policies.

Key Points:

  • Customers can initiate returns from their order panel on NatureBuddy.in.
  • Customers should inspect the consignment for any physical damage and note it in the Proof of Delivery (POD) documents provided by the logistics provider.
  • We recommend taking photos of the received packages and recording an unpacking video of the product. If any issues are identified, please share them at support@NatureBuddy.in.
  • When returning a product, please ensure it is repacked properly to prevent damage during transit. Nature Buddy will not be liable for refunds or returns if the product is damaged due to improper packaging during return shipping.
  • For claims related to manufacturing defects or faults, customers must have the product inspected by the brand or authorized provider and obtain an inspection report/document for further investigation.
  • The final decision on claims related to manufacturing defects or faults will be made jointly by Nature Buddy and the supplier.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the route and logistics service provider. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Additional Considerations:

  • For self-shipped items valued above Rs. 2000, consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
  • Shipping and gateway fees are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund amount.
  • If a return claim is rejected, the item will be returned upon the customer’s request or scrapped after 30 days of being held in stock. The customer will bear all related shipping costs.

Refunds:

  • Once the returned product is received, inspected, and approved by our Quality Control (QC) team, the refund process will be initiated within 1 day.
  • Typically, it takes 5-7 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your original payment source. If the refund does not appear within this timeframe, please contact your bank.

Prepayment Policy:

  • To ensure payer protection, refunds will only be issued through the Original Mode of Payment and credited to the same account from which the payment originated.
